6. Return and Refund

We want you to love your Hasaki purchase!
If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase of receipt, provided that the product:

Hasaki disclaims all warranties with respect to the foregoing, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement

We do not represent or warrant that the Services or any content provided therein are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free, or that access to our Services will be uninterrupted.

We cannot and do not represent or warrant that our Services, our servers, or any content or materials provided therein will be free of viruses or other harmful components.... Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services or any related materials is to discontinue using the Services.

17. Force Majeure

Hasaki shall not be liable to you for any delay or failure to perform its obligations, including but not limited to processing orders, providing Services, or fulfilling deliveries, when such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”).

Force Majeure Events include, without limitation:

• Acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or governmental actions;
