You can manage advertising-related cookies through your browser or device settings, or through any cookie preferences we make available on our Platforms. If and when additional state privacy laws apply to us, we will provide any further choices those laws require.

5. Data Retention

Your personal information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.

In most cases, this means we will maintain your records for as long as your account remains active. Certain personal data may need to be kept for a longer period to:

•      Comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations

•      Honor product warranties or process returns within the applicable warranty/return window

•      Detect or prevent security incidents

Once personal data is no longer required for these business or legal purposes, we securely delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you. Specific retention periods may vary by data category and are described in more detail in our internal data retention schedule, available upon request to [email protected].
