🛍️ Orders & Payments
Q1. What payment methods does Hasaki accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards (both domestic and international). Additional payment methods may be added in the future and will be displayed at checkout when available.
All payments are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. Your card information is encrypted during transmission, and we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers after the transaction is complete. For more details, please see our Payment Methods page.
Q2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of confirmation if they haven't entered the processing stage. Once processing or shipping begins, we can no longer modify the order. Please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.
This policy does not apply to cases of shipment delay. If there is a delay in delivery, Hasaki will notify you in accordance with our Delivery Policy, which follows applicable FTC guidelines.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q3. Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes. Hasaki offers Free Standard Shipping on orders of $35 or more shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. A flat rate applies to those destinations regardless of order value.
Q4. What are the shipping fees for orders that don't qualify for Free Shipping?
If your order does not meet the free shipping threshold, the following flat rates apply:
- Mainland US (48 contiguous states): $4.99 flat shipping fee on orders under $35
- Alaska & Hawaii: $9.99 flat shipping fee on all orders (free shipping does not apply)
Same-Day Delivery may also be available in select Southern California ZIP codes through our Now Free service. For full details, see our Free Same-Day Delivery Policy.
Q5. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times depend on your delivery address and the carrier serving your area:
- Same-Day Delivery (eligible Southern California ZIP codes): Same-day if order is placed before 1:00 PM local time, get it in the same day and order is placed after 1:00 PM, get it tomorrow (excluding U.S holidays).
- Standard Delivery (Mainland US): Typically 2 to 7 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: Typically 5 to 10 business days
The final estimated delivery date is shown at checkout based on your ZIP code. Estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier performance, weather, or other factors.
Q6. What happens if my order is delayed?
If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please refer to our Delivery Policy for details on your rights and our procedures.
Q7. What if my package shows "Delivered" but I haven't received it?
