Hasaki US Return & Refund Policy

At Hasaki US, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with an eligible purchase, we are here to help, subject to the terms of this Policy.

1. Return

Eligible items may be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date, subject to this Policy.

For online orders, the original purchase date is deemed to be the delivery date. 

For returns by mail, the return must be initiated through Hasaki.com within the applicable return window.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, refund, or merchandise credit, an item must:

  • Be purchased from Hasaki US, including our stores, website, app, or other authorized sales channels;

  • Be returned or, for returns by mail, be initiated within the applicable return window;

  • Be associated with a valid Hasaki US order record or be accompanied by valid proof of purchase, where applicable;

  • Include all original components, where applicable, including accessories, inserts, bundled items, and original packaging;

  • Be in new or gently used condition, except where stricter category-specific restrictions apply;

  • Comply with all product-specific restrictions set out in this Policy; and

  • Satisfy any reasonable verification requirements applied by Hasaki in accordance with applicable law.

Any return that cannot be verified in our system and is not accompanied by valid proof of purchase, where applicable, is not eligible for a refund or merchandise credit.

To help protect our customers and our business, Hasaki may require a valid government-issued photo ID and additional contact information to process certain in-store returns or other returns requiring additional verification, where permitted by law.

All returns are subject to review, validation, and approval by Hasaki in a commercially reasonable, non-discriminatory, and good-faith manner.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or merchandise credit:

  • Gift cards;

  • Free gifts or promotional items;

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable;

  • Products sold under promotions clearly disclosed as non-returnable;

  • Items returned outside the applicable return window;

  • Products not purchased from Hasaki US or an authorized sales channel;

  • Items with removed, broken, or altered seals or labels, where applicable;

  • Items used beyond gently used condition;

  • Product boxes or packaging that are materially damaged, scratched, or altered due to customer handling, where packaging condition is required for resale, authentication, or safety review; and

  • Opened, used, or unsealed items in restricted categories listed below.

4. Category Restrictions

Unless required by law, the following categories are not eligible for return once opened, used, worn, unsealed, or customized:

  • Intimate wellness devices and personal hygiene devices;

  • Personal care and hygiene items, including razors, bath sponges, loofahs, toothbrushes, and grooming tools;

  • Opened capsule sets or mini sets sold as sealed collectible packs;

  • Wigs, hair extensions, and salon-customized items;

  • Consumable products restricted by health or safety rules once opened; and

  • Underwear and intimates, except in cases of a verified manufacturing defect or verified quality concern.

5. Promotions, Coupons, Rewards, and Gift Receipts

  • Single-use coupons applied to the original purchase will not be reissued after a return.

  • Returned items may not be repurchased solely to apply a new coupon, discount, special offer, or rewards benefit retroactively.

  • Any rewards points, loyalty credits, or promotional benefits earned on returned purchases may be adjusted, reversed, or deducted in accordance with the applicable program terms.

  • Purchases returned with a gift receipt may be eligible only for Hasaki merchandise credit, at Hasaki’s discretion and subject to this Policy.

6. How to Return

Eligible returns may be completed in one of the following ways:

  • In Store: Bring the item and valid proof of purchase, where applicable, to a participating Hasaki US store; or

  • By Mail: Log in to your account on Hasaki.com, go to your order history, select the eligible item(s) you wish to return, and follow the return instructions provided.

For eligible returns by mail submitted through Hasaki.com, Hasaki will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The package must be dropped off at a participating shipping location identified on the label or in the return instructions. Hasaki will cover return shipping costs for eligible return-by-mail returns.

For certain returns involving damage, defects, missing components, shipping issues, quality concerns, or other matters requiring review, Hasaki may request photos, videos, or additional information before approving the return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless required by law or unless Hasaki shipped the wrong item. The return package must include all required contents and original components, where applicable. Certain items may be required to ship by ground service only or in compliance with carrier or hazardous materials requirements.

Returns submitted outside Hasaki’s return process or contrary to Hasaki’s instructions may be refused. Mail returns are processed after the returned item is received and inspected by Hasaki.

7. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item has been received, reviewed, and accepted, subject to the return method used.

For mail returns, please allow up to 30 business days after receipt and inspection for processing. Financial institutions may require additional time before the refund appears on the customer’s statement or account.

8. Refund Method

  • Returns approved within the applicable refund window will be refunded to the original form of payment, where possible.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, expired, technically unsupported, or otherwise unable to accept the refund, Hasaki may issue merchandise credit to the extent permitted by applicable law and payment provider rules.

  • If the original purchase was made using a Hasaki gift card, any refundable amount paid by gift card will be returned as a new Hasaki gift card or equivalent merchandise credit.

  • For split-tender purchases, Hasaki may allocate the refund back to the original payment sources where feasible. Any portion originally paid by gift card may be returned as gift card value or merchandise credit.

  • Merchandise credit may be subject to channel-specific or store-only redemption limitations disclosed at the time of issuance.

9. Channel-Specific Return Rules

Additional rules may apply depending on where the purchase was made.

  • Purchases made through third-party delivery, marketplace, or partner-operated channels may require the original platform receipt and may be eligible only for Hasaki merchandise credit or another channel-specific refund method.

  • Purchases made through certain partner locations or third-party platforms may not be eligible for return at all Hasaki stores.

  • Products purchased outside the United States may not be returned through the Hasaki US return process and must be returned in the country or channel of original purchase, subject to that location’s or channel’s applicable policy.

10. Quality Issues and Incorrect Orders

If a customer receives a defective item, damaged item, incorrect item, missing item, or an item with a verified manufacturing defect, Hasaki may, in its discretion, offer an appropriate remedy, including a replacement, refund, merchandise credit, or another commercially reasonable resolution, subject to review and applicable law.

Damage caused by customer misuse, improper storage, abnormal handling, or unauthorized modification is not eligible for a remedy under this Section.

11. Abuse, Misuse, and Fraud Prevention

To maintain a fair return process for all customers, Hasaki reserves the right to:

  • Refuse excessive, abusive, or suspicious return requests;

  • Limit, restrict, or suspend accounts involved in misuse of this Policy;

  • Investigate suspicious activity, including repeated returns, reseller activity, or potential fraud;

  • Require additional verification before approving a return; and

  • Deny returns that cannot be verified or do not meet the requirements of this Policy.

12. Changes to This Policy

Hasaki may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply to purchases to the extent permitted by applicable law and will be posted on the applicable Hasaki US website or customer support page.
