Q1. What payment methods does Hasaki accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways. Your payment information is never stored or shared.

Q2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of confirmation if they haven’t entered the processing stage.
Once processing or shipping begins, we can no longer modify the order. Please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.

This policy does not apply to cases of shipment delay. If there is a delay in delivery, Hasaki will notify you in accordance with our [Delivery Policy (U.S. Market)], which follows applicable FTC guidelines.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q3. Do you offer Free Shipping?

Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders of $99 or more (after discounts and before tax).
Orders below $99 ship at a flat rate of $10.00.

Q4. How long does delivery take?

Standard Shipping: around 8 - 12 business days  (after processing time).

Q5. What happens if my order is delayed?
If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, you may prefer more information via
Delivery Policy (U.S. Market).

Q6. What if my package shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?
Please contact Customer Service within 30 days from the date of Order Confirmation Email via support@hasaki.com. We will verify the delivery details and work with carriers to resolve the issue.

Q7. What is Hasaki’s return policy?
You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date of successful delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless the product was faulty on arrival.

Q8. How do I request a return or refund?
Submit a request through your Hasaki account or contact Customer Service.
Please include clear photos and order details.
Our team will respond within 24 hours, and guide you through the return process.

Q9. How long does it take to get a refund?

You may prefer more information via Delivery Policy (U.S. Market).

Q10. Who covers the return shipping cost?
If the issue is caused by Hasaki (defective, wrong, or damaged item), we cover the return shipping.
Otherwise, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Hasaki collects and uses your personal data to process orders, provide customer support, and improve your shopping experience in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
