1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 30 days from the date of successful delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in their original condition and original packaging.

  • All tags, seals, and labels must remain intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products

  • Tools or accessories that have been used (e.g., hair dryers, razors, brushes)

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Gift cards, e-vouchers, or digital purchases.

3. Return & Refund Request Process

If you wish to request a return or refund:

  1. Contact Hasaki LLC Customer Support at support@hasaki.com within 30 days from the date of successful delivery.

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return or refund

    • Reason for your request

    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

We will acknowledge and respond within 24 hours of receiving your request and evidence.

⚠️ Please do not return any items before receiving confirmation and return instructions from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by Hasaki LLC.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the return address.

5. Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed as Delivery Policy (U.S. Market).

  • The refund timeline may vary depending on your payment provider or logistics partner.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of Hasaki LLC error.

If a product is unavailable for replacement, a full refund will be issued instead.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please:

  • Complete the return process for a refund, and

  • Place a new order for the replacement product.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
We will review and respond within 24 hours and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

8. Processing Time

  • Response time: Within 24 hours after receiving your request and images.

  • Return & refund handling time: Approval will be processed as Delivery & Policy (U.S. Market).

9. Confidentiality and Customer Data Protection

All information provided during the return and refund process — including personal data, images, and payment details — will be handled in accordance with Hasaki Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your information and will not share it with third parties except as required for payment or shipping purposes.
