Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services or any related materials is to discontinue using the Services.

Any User Content, feedback, or materials you submit, post, or share through the Services;
Any fraudulent act, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence by you; or
Your violation of any applicable law or infringement of any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights.

17. Force Majeure

Force Majeure Events include, without limitation:

Acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or governmental actions;
Epidemics or pandemics;

If an order cannot be fulfilled as a result of a Force Majeure Event, Hasaki’s sole obligation shall be to refund any payment made by you for the undelivered portion of the order.
