How It Works

1. Place your order before 2:00 PM (local time of your delivery address) — get it today, by 11:59 PM

2. Order after 2:00 PM? You'll receive it by 1:00 PM the next day (excluding U.S. public holidays)

3. Be in our service area (within 20 miles of a fulfilling warehouse) — confirmed automatically at checkout

4. Spend at least $35 — order subtotal threshold

All times are based on the local time zone of your delivery address. See Section 3 for full eligibility conditions and Section 5 for the delivery window.

1. Relationship to Other Policies

This Free Same-Day Delivery Policy supplements Hasaki's Delivery Policy, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. It applies only to the eligibility, availability, and service terms for the free same-day delivery offer.

All other shipping, delivery, cancellation, refund, customer support, and delivery issue terms continue to apply under Hasaki's other policies. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and another Hasaki policy, this Policy controls only with respect to same-day delivery eligibility, availability, and service terms. All other matters continue to be governed by the applicable other policies.

This Policy also references Hasaki's Return and Refund Policy with respect to the free-return offer described in Section 9. Where this Policy and the Return and Refund Policy conflict in relation to returns, the Return and Refund Policy controls.

2. Overview

The "Free Same-Day Delivery" offer means that eligible orders may be picked, packed, and delivered to your delivery address on the same calendar day at no additional shipping cost, provided that all eligibility conditions described in this Policy are satisfied at the time of order placement and confirmed at checkout.

If any eligibility condition is not satisfied, the free same-day delivery option will not be available, and standard, next-day, or other available delivery options will be presented at checkout.

Important: All four eligibility conditions (A, B, C, and D) must be satisfied simultaneously. Meeting only some of the conditions does not qualify an order for free same-day delivery.

3. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for free same-day delivery, your order must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of order placement and checkout confirmation.

Condition A — Delivery Distance (within 20 miles)

Your delivery address must be within 20 miles of the nearest warehouse holding available stock for your item(s).

• Distance is calculated as a straight-line, point-to-point radius from the fulfilling warehouse to the delivery address (not driving distance).

• The fulfilling warehouse is the nearest facility with confirmed in-stock inventory for your item(s) at the time your order is confirmed. This may not necessarily be the closest warehouse to your delivery address overall.

• If your delivery address falls outside the 20-mile radius, or if the nearest warehouse with available stock is located more than 20 miles from your delivery address, free same-day delivery will not be available. Alternative delivery options will be shown at checkout.

Condition B — Order Cut-Off Time (before 2:00 PM local time)

Your order must be placed and payment must be confirmed before 2:00 PM local time on the day of purchase.

• Local time is determined based on the time zone associated with your delivery address.

• Orders placed at or after 2:00 PM, including orders placed exactly at 2:00:00 PM, are not eligible for free same-day delivery and will be processed for the next available delivery window.

• The cut-off time is applied at the moment Hasaki's system confirms your payment, not when you begin browsing, add items to your cart, or start the checkout process. We recommend completing your order several minutes before the cut-off time to avoid delays caused by payment authorization or processing.

Condition C — No Public Holiday

Your order date must not be a public or national holiday observed in the United States. Same-day delivery is unavailable on the following U.S. federal holidays:

• New Year's Day

• Martin Luther King Jr. Day

• Presidents' Day

• Memorial Day

• Juneteenth National Independence Day

• Independence Day (July 4)

• Labor Day

• Columbus Day

• Veterans Day

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Day

State or local public holidays observed at our fulfillment center locations may also apply. The applicable holiday calendar is assessed automatically based on the delivery address and warehouse location identified for your order. If a public holiday restriction applies, the free same-day delivery option will not be available at checkout.

Condition D — Minimum Order Value ($35)

Your order subtotal must be at least $35 to qualify for free same-day delivery.

• The minimum order value is calculated based on the value of eligible items in your cart after any item-level discounts, but before the application of taxes, shipping fees, store-wide vouchers, promotional credits, or other adjustments, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

• If your order subtotal falls below $35 at the time your payment is confirmed — including as a result of removed items, cancelled items, or discounts that reduce the qualifying subtotal — the free same-day delivery option will not be available, and standard, next-day, or other available delivery options will be presented at checkout.

4. How Eligibility Is Checked

When you view a product page, Hasaki's system may evaluate same-day delivery eligibility in real time based on the delivery address saved in your account or the delivery address entered during checkout.

If your account does not have a saved delivery address, you may be prompted to enter one before the same-day delivery option can be confirmed.

Eligibility is re-confirmed at checkout. If conditions change between the time you view a product and the time your payment is confirmed, the same-day delivery option may no longer be available. For example, eligibility may change if:

• The cut-off time passes

• Inventory is no longer available at a nearby warehouse

• Your delivery address changes

• Your order subtotal drops below the $35 minimum

• A holiday restriction applies

• The items in your cart change

Stock availability is assessed at the time of order confirmation, not at the time of browsing or when an item is added to your cart.

5. Delivery Window

For orders confirmed as eligible for free same-day delivery, the delivery window depends on the time your order is placed:

Orders Placed Before 2:00 PM Local Time

Your order will be delivered the same calendar day, by 11:59 PM local time at the delivery address. While our team aims to deliver most orders well before this cutoff (typically by 9:00 PM), the committed delivery time is 11:59 PM on the order date.

Orders Placed After 2:00 PM Local Time

Your order will be delivered by 1:00 PM the following calendar day, local time at the delivery address. If the following day is a U.S. public holiday (as listed in Condition C), delivery will be made by 1:00 PM on the next non-holiday business day.

Specific delivery time slots may be available in certain service areas and, where available, will be shown during checkout. Hasaki does not guarantee a precise delivery time within the applicable delivery window, as actual arrival times may vary due to route scheduling, carrier capacity, traffic, weather, building access, customer availability, or other operational factors.

A delivery confirmation notification will be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number once your order is dispatched and, where available, upon delivery.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

Free same-day delivery applies only to eligible items and eligible delivery addresses within selected service areas.

Certain products may be excluded from free same-day delivery regardless of distance, timing, or stock availability. Excluded products may include, without limitation:

• Oversized items

• Hazardous materials

• Temperature-sensitive products

• Perishable items

• Age-restricted products

• Regulated products

• Items requiring special handling

• Items otherwise marked as ineligible on the product page or at checkout

Free same-day delivery is not combinable with any other free shipping promotion, discount, or delivery offer unless expressly stated by Hasaki.

Same-day delivery availability may vary by location, warehouse capacity, inventory availability, carrier availability, product type, and applicable legal or operational restrictions. Service areas and coverage may change from time to time.

Any changes to the availability of the free same-day delivery offer will apply to future orders and will not affect orders already confirmed for same-day delivery, except where changes are required due to circumstances beyond Hasaki's reasonable control.

7. Delays, Rescheduling, and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Hasaki will use reasonable efforts to meet confirmed same-day delivery windows. However, same-day delivery may occasionally be delayed, rescheduled, or unavailable due to circumstances beyond Hasaki's reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, without limitation:

• Extreme weather or natural disasters

• Carrier disruptions or labor disruptions

• Traffic accidents or road closures

• Public emergencies or government actions

• System outages

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

• Customer unavailability or restricted building access

• Other events that prevent timely delivery despite reasonable efforts

If a confirmed same-day delivery order cannot be delivered within the promised same-day delivery window, Hasaki may contact you with updated delivery information, reschedule the delivery, or provide another appropriate remedy in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

8. Late Delivery Courtesy Voucher

If your order is confirmed as eligible for free same-day delivery but is not delivered by the committed delivery time shown at checkout, you may be eligible to receive a $10 e-voucher as a goodwill gesture, subject to the eligibility conditions and exclusions described below.

The applicable committed delivery time is:

• 11:59 PM local time on the order date — for orders placed before 2:00 PM local time, or

• 1:00 PM local time on the next calendar day (or next non-holiday business day, where applicable) — for orders placed after 2:00 PM local time

Eligibility for the Courtesy Voucher

We generally consider courtesy voucher requests when all of the following are true:

• The order was confirmed for free same-day delivery at checkout, with a committed delivery time displayed

• The order was not delivered by the committed delivery time described above

• You provided a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details

• You or your designated recipient was available to accept delivery during the delivery window

• You contact us within seven (7) calendar days of the committed delivery date

When the Courtesy Voucher Does Not Apply

The courtesy voucher generally does not apply in the following situations:

• The order did not qualify as a free same-day delivery order

• The delay was caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer

• Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability, restricted access (gated communities, locked buildings, secured offices), refused delivery, or failure to meet signature requirements

• Customer-requested changes after the order was placed (address change, hold, redelivery, cancellation)

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including the events described in Section 7 and any other event constituting a force majeure (see our Terms of Use)

• Orders containing items paid for in part or whole using a courtesy voucher or other promotional credit

• Periods during which we have suspended or modified the free same-day delivery service or this courtesy program

• Repeated requests by the same customer, or any request that our Customer Service team determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, to be inconsistent with the goodwill nature of this program

How to Request the Courtesy Voucher

If you believe your order qualifies, please contact our Customer Service team at support@hasaki.com within seven (7) calendar days of the committed delivery date. Please include:

• Your order number

• The committed delivery date and time displayed at checkout

• A brief description of the delay

Our Customer Service team will review your request and respond within seven (7) business days. Eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is determined at Hasaki's sole and reasonable discretion. Where approved, we will issue the courtesy voucher to your Hasaki account.

Courtesy Voucher Terms

If issued, the courtesy voucher is subject to the following terms:

• Value: $10 USD, single-use

• Single redemption: The voucher must be used in a single transaction. The voucher can only be redeemed once and is fully consumed upon use, regardless of the order subtotal.

• No cash back for unused balance: If the order subtotal at redemption is less than $10, the unused balance is forfeited. No cash, credit, or refund will be issued for any unused portion. The voucher cannot be split across multiple orders.

• Validity: 12 months from the date of issuance

• Minimum order to redeem: None — however, please note the "No cash back" condition above

• Non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value

• Promotional voucher — not a gift certificate; not redeemable for cash under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law

• May not be combined with certain other promotions; full terms displayed at the time of issuance

• Limit: One (1) voucher per customer per calendar month, regardless of the number of delayed orders during that period

Example: If you receive a $10 courtesy voucher and use it on an order with a subtotal of $8, the $2 difference will not be refunded or carried over. We recommend using the voucher on an order of $10 or more to make full use of its value.

The courtesy voucher, if issued, is offered as a goodwill gesture and is the sole and exclusive remedy offered under this courtesy program. Nothing in this program limits or waives any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection law.

Hasaki reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the courtesy voucher program at any time, with notice posted on this page.

9. Free Returns (90 Days)

Eligible orders placed with free same-day delivery may be returned free of charge within 90 calendar days of the date of purchase, subject to Hasaki's Return and Refund Policy.

Free returns apply to eligible items in their original condition and packaging, except where otherwise stated. Certain products may be excluded from free returns, including without limitation perishable, hygiene-sensitive, age-restricted, personalized, or final-sale items.

The 90-day free-return period and all associated conditions, exclusions, refund methods, and timelines are governed by Hasaki's Return and Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Return and Refund Policy with respect to returns, the Return and Refund Policy controls.

10. Contact and Delivery Disputes

If you believe you were incorrectly denied free same-day delivery at checkout, if your order was confirmed for same-day delivery but was not delivered within the promised window, or if you did not receive a courtesy voucher you believe you were entitled to under Section 8, please contact our Customer Service team within seven (7) calendar days of the affected order date at support@hasaki.com.

When contacting Customer Service, please provide:

• Your order number

• Your contact details

• The delivery address used for the order

• Any relevant screenshots or checkout information, if available

• A brief description of the issue

Hasaki will review the matter and, where applicable, may provide an appropriate remedy. Remedies may include, depending on the circumstances:

• Refunding any same-day delivery fee charged in error

• Issuing the $10 courtesy voucher described in Section 8 (if applicable)

• Rescheduling delivery

• Providing updated delivery information

• Allowing cancellation where required by applicable law

• Issuing a refund where required by applicable law

• Providing another appropriate remedy at Hasaki's discretion

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection, shipping, refund, or delayed shipment laws.

11. Product Page Disclaimer

The following disclaimer may be displayed on product pages, promotional materials, or checkout pages where the free same-day delivery offer appears:

"Free Same-Day Delivery" is subject to eligibility conditions, including a minimum order value of $35, delivery distance (within 20 miles), order cut-off time (before 2:00 PM local time), stock availability, service area coverage, and applicable holiday restrictions. A $10 late-delivery courtesy voucher and 90-day free returns may apply subject to their respective terms. Eligibility is assessed automatically based on your delivery address, the time your payment is confirmed, available warehouse inventory, your order subtotal, and applicable holiday calendars. This offer may not be available for all products or in all locations. Hasaki reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer for future orders at any time, subject to applicable law. 12. Changes to This Policy

Hasaki may update or modify this Free Same-Day Delivery Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply to future orders after the updated Policy is posted, unless otherwise required by applicable law. The version number and last updated date at the top of this Policy indicate when it was last revised.

For material changes affecting customers' rights, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice through prominent notice on the Platforms or by direct communication (such as email) before the changes take effect, in accordance with our Terms of Use.
