This guide helps you find an order, view its details, and track your delivery on both the Hasaki website and the app

Open Your Orders
Go to your order list on web or in the app
|
On the website
Find Order & Account in the top-right corner, hover over it— then select Your orders.

In the app
Tap the Profile tab (bottom-right), then tap Your orders.

Open the Order You Want to Track
Pick the order from your list
|
Your orders are listed with their status (e.g. Processing, Shipped, Delivered or Canceled), order date, total and order number.
On the website
Find the order, then click View Details on the right of the order card.

Tap the order card to open it.

View Your Order Details
See order info, items and shipping address

On the web
The Order Detail page opens directly, showing the full order information, shipping address and shipment.

In the app
The order first opens on an Order Information summary. Tap View or Change this order to open the full Order Details.

What you can see here:

Status
|
Where your order stands — e.g. Processing, Shipped, Delivered or Canceled
|

Order date & no.
|
When you placed it and the order number (e.g. 260609VN91SL) — quote this when contacting support
|

Order total & items
|
What you paid and the products included
|
|
Shipping address
|
The name, phone and address the order ships to
|
|
Shipment
|
Delivery method and the live status of your parcel
|

Track Your Shipment
Follow your delivery's progress
|
Under the Shipment section of the order, click or tap Track shipment to see the latest delivery status and updates for your parcel.

Open the order details (Steps 1–3).
|

Scroll to the Shipment section.
|
|

Click or tap Track shipment.
|
|

|
View the current status and tracking updates for your delivery.
|
|
TIP
|
A cancelled order shows a 'Canceled' status with the date and time. For active orders, the status updates as your parcel moves toward delivery.
|
|
NOTE
|
Hasaki will never ask you for additional fees via SMS or email. Only trust order and delivery updates shown inside your account or the app.
