How to Manage Your Account & Profile Settings

This guide shows you how to access your account, review your personal details, update your profile, and manage your settings — on both the Hasaki website and the Hasaki app.

Open Your Profile
Get to your profile on web or in the app
|
On the website
Find Order & Account in the top-right corner, hover over it, then select Your profile.

Web — click 'Order & Account', then 'Your profile'
In the app
Tap the Profile tab (bottom-right), tap the Settings gear (top-right), then tap Your Profile.

Review Your Profile Information
See all your account details in one place
|
The Your Profile screen shows everything linked to your account: your name, email, password and phone number.

Profile fields explained:

Full name
|
Your display name — tap Edit to change it
|
|
Email
|
The email linked to your account
|
|
Password
|
Tap Add to set a password for sign-in
|
|
Phone number
|
Tap Add to link a phone number to your account
|

Edit or Add Your Details
Update any field in a few taps
|
Each field has its own button on the right — this works the same on the web and in the app. Use Edit to change existing info, or Add to fill in details you haven't set yet.

Find the field you want to change (e.g. Full name, Password).
|

Click or tap Edit (existing info) or Add (new info).
|
|

Enter your new details in the form that appears.
|
|

Save to confirm — your profile updates instantly.
|
|
TIP
|
Keep your email and phone number up to date so you never miss order confirmations and delivery notifications.

Delete Your Account (Optional)
Permanently remove your account and data
|
If you no longer want a Hasaki account, you can delete it from the … menu on the Your Profile screen — available on both web and app.

Web — click '…' (top-right), then 'Delete your account'

On the Your Profile screen, click or tap the … (more) icon at the top-right.

Select Delete your account.
|
|

|
Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently remove your account.
|
|
NOTE
|
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your profile, order history and rewards will be removed.
