HASAKI LLC provides this Notice in connection with California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 ("Proposition 65" or "Prop 65"). Why You May See a Warning on Hasaki Products
Some products available on hasaki.com — including certain cosmetics, skincare, hair care, fragrance, nail care, and other personal care or accessory items — may contain or result in exposure to one or more chemicals on the Prop 65 list.
A Prop 65 warning does not mean a product is unsafe, defective, or in violation of any federal product-safety standard. The warning reflects California's specific notice requirement and is intended to help California consumers make informed purchasing decisions.
When and Where Warnings Appear
For orders shipped to a California address, where a Prop 65 warning is required for a specific product, it will appear:

Where a warning is required, it will take a form similar to the following, depending on the chemical(s) and type of exposure identified for that specific product:

⚠ WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including [chemical name(s)], which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information, go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
The specific chemical(s) named, and whether the warning relates to cancer, reproductive harm, or both, will depend on the individual product. Some products may display a shortened version of this warning as permitted under California regulations.
