Free Shipping

Hasaki offers free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Free shipping may not be available for select oversized items or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.

Optional Expedited Options

Same-Day Delivery

On select items in eligible Southern California ZIP codes, customers can enjoy free same-day delivery through our "Now Free" service when conditions are met. See our Free Same-Day Delivery Policy for full details.

Standard Shipping Fees

• Free on orders of $35 or more (contiguous U.S.)

• $4.99 on orders under $35

• $9.99 flat fee to Alaska and Hawaii (free shipping not available)

Delivery Times

• Same-Day Delivery: Order before 2 PM local time, arrives today. Order after 2 PM, arrive by 1 PM next day.

• Standard Delivery: Typically 2 to 7 business days.

• Alaska & Hawaii: Typically 5 to 10 business days.

How it Works

1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

2. Enter your shipping address. Your delivery options will be shown automatically.

3. Choose your delivery option and complete payment.

4. Receive an order confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Where We Ship

Hasaki ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, P.O. Boxes, or international destinations.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Public Holidays

Standard delivery estimates are extended for U.S. federal holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or missing items, contact support@hasaki.com within 30 days of the shipment date with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Errors

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Hasaki is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address information. Redelivery may incur an additional shipping fee.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (F.O.B. origin), except where a different rule is required by applicable state law.
