We currently accept the following payment methods:

Both domestic and international cards issued by Visa and Mastercard are supported. Your card will be charged in U.S. dollars at the time your order is confirmed.
How to Pay with Visa or Mastercard
Paying with your Visa or Mastercard card takes just a few steps. The process is the same for both card types.
Step 1: Add Items to Your Cart
Browse hasaki.com or our mobile app, add the products you'd like to purchase to your cart, and click "Checkout" when you're ready.
Step 2: Enter Shipping Information
Provide your full name, shipping address, phone number, and email. If you're signed in to your Hasaki account, your saved addresses will appear for quick selection.
Step 3: Select Payment Method
On the payment page, choose "Visa" or "Mastercard" from the list of accepted methods. The card logo you select should match the card you plan to use.
Step 4: Enter Card Details
Fill in the following information exactly as it appears on your card:

Card number — the 16-digit number on the front of your card

Cardholder name — the name embossed on the card

Expiration date — month and year (MM/YY)

CVV/CVC — the 3-digit security code on the back of your card
Double-check that your billing address matches the address registered with your card issuer to avoid declined transactions.
Step 5: Confirm and Verify
Click "Place Order" to submit your payment. For your security, your card issuer may require an additional verification step:

Visa Secure (3D Secure 2) — Visa cardholders may be asked to confirm the transaction via a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS, an in-app push notification from your bank, or biometric authentication.

Mastercard Identity Check — Mastercard cardholders may receive a similar verification request through their bank.
Complete the verification as prompted. Once confirmed, you'll see an order confirmation page, and a receipt will be sent to your email.
Step 6: Track Your Order
After payment is successful, you can track your order anytime from "My Orders" in your Hasaki account.
