1. Free Standard Shipping & Click & Collect

Hasaki offers free Standard Shipping for most eligible orders once the applicable minimum order value is met.
Please check each product detail page for available shipping methods, eligibility, and minimum order thresholds.

Note: Products fulfilled from local warehouses or marked as “local stock” may ship faster and may not require a minimum order value.

2. Available Shipping Methods

Depending on your delivery address and the type of product, you can select:

  • Standard Shipping – economical and reliable delivery service

In some cases, packages may be handed to local delivery partners for the final delivery leg. Tracking updates may vary by carrier.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are clearly displayed before checkout on the product detail and order confirmation pages.
You will also receive these details in your order confirmation email.

Estimated typical delivery times:

Standard Shipping: around 8–12 business days (after processing time)

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the date we receive a completed order.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We deliver to physical addresses and P.O. boxes (except for restricted items such as oversized, perishable, or age-restricted products).
We do not deliver to military bases or restricted government facilities.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a Order  Confirmation Email with:

  • Tracking number(s);

  • Carrier information;

  • Estimated delivery date(s).

You can also track and review the status of your order at any time in your Hasaki Account > Order History.

6. Delays & FTC Compliance

Hasaki strives to meet all stated delivery estimates.
However, external factors such as customs inspections, flight delays, weather, or local carrier issues may occasionally cause delays.

We comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule regarding delayed shipments.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived, or if the tracking status shows “Delivered” but the item was not received:

  • Contact Hasaki Customer Service within 30 days of your order date.

  • Provide your order number, contact details, and photos (if applicable) for prompt investigation.
